Falahari Cottage Cheese Balls

Hi readers , it is about cottage cheese which we called paneer and paneer is a common fresh cheese in the indian subcontinent. It is a most common party and regular ingredient which used in many cuisines. I love paneer and i think many of you also love it. Today we are going to use paneer and make a yummy falahari dish.



Ingredients for stuffing :-

• 100gms cottage cheese
• 1/4 tsp roasted & crushed pepper corn
• 1/4 tsp roasted & crushed coriander seeds 
• 1/4 tsp roasted & crushed cumin seeds 
• rock salt according to taste
• 1/4 tsp lemon juice 


Ingredients for cover:-

• 1 big boiled potato
rock salt according to taste 
• 1 tsp grated ginger
• 2 chopped green chillies
• 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
• 2 tbsp soked small sized tapioca pearls (sabudana)
• 1/4 cup kuttu atta
• 1/8 cup water or required
• oil for deep frying


Method:-

                             


1.Take a bowl and put paneer in it. Add all the ingredients of stuffing and mix well. Take 1 tsp paneer mixture and make a ball and repeat for all the balls and keep them aside.

                                      

2.In another bowl grate boiled potatoes, add grated ginger, rock salt, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Take 1 tsp potato mixture and make a ball, repeat for all the balls.The mixture should bind together and not be sticky or too dry.

                        
Rub oil on your palm and take a ball on your palm  Flatten the potato ball and place a paneer ball in the center now bring the edges together to make a ball without any cracks.
         



For outer coating paste take a bowl put kuttu atta, water, tapioca pearls and mix them well . Cover the balls with the paste evenly. Take a deep wok and pour oil in it. Heat the oil enough for frying the balls. Add the balls and fry them until golden and crisp.

Serve hot with green chutney. ЁЯШК
