Falahari pancake with pineapple & dry fruits chutney

In India pancakes are called cheela. There are many variations in it by using potatoes, gram flour, rice flour, whole wheat flour, lentil etc, it may be sweet or salty and all are made without the use of raising agents.
So, today we will also be making a different version of pancake/cheela. 

Ingredients for pancake:-

• 1 cup amaranth flour (rajgira atta)
• 1/4 cup water chestnut flour (singhada atta)
• 1 small carrot
• 3 chopped green chillies
• 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
• 2 tbsp roasted peanuts
• Rock salt according to taste
• 1 1/2 cup water 
• Ghee

Ingredients for pineapple dry fruits chutney:-

• 30 gm pineapple 
• 5 almonds
• 12 raisins
• 1 seedless date 
• 1/2 inch ginger
• 1/4 cup coriander leaves
• 1/8 curry leaves
• 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
• Rock salt according to taste
• 5 green chillies 

Method:-



1. Take a bowl add all the pancake ingredients except ghee and water mix well. Add 1 1/2 cup water and whisk it well to make a runny batter 



2. Spread ghee on a nonstick pan. Pour a little batter and spread it in circular motion to get a pancake/ cheela.
Once it is done from one side pour little ghee on top and flip it. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes from both sides or until it becomes crisp and golden brown. Repeat with rest of the batter.


3. In a grinder gar put all the pineapple & dry fruits chutney ingredients and blend them along with a little water
