Tofu Chilly

Ingredients for marination

• 200 gm tofu
• 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
• 1 tbsp all purpose flour
• 2 tbsp corn flour
• 1/4 tsp salt

Ingredients for chilly

• 1/2 inch chopped ginger
• 3 garlic cloves chopped
• 1 small green capsicum
• 1 medium sized onion
• 1 green chilly
• 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1/2 tsp green chilly paste
• 1/2 tsp vinegar
• 1/2 tbsp tomato sauce 
• 3 tbsp schezwan sauce


Method:-





Take a bowl add tofu, salt and toss it thoroughly, now add all the marination ingredients and toss them well again keep aside for fifteen minutes. Take a wok add oil in it for frying the marinated tofu, fry it in two batches and keep them aside.



Take a wok add chopped ginger, garlic and stir them for one minute, add green chilly, onion, capsicum and stir them for one to two minutes now add soy sauce, green chilly paste, vinegar, schezwan sauce, tomato sauce and stir it thoroughly.




Add slurry, mix it well and add fried tofu mix them thoroughly. Serve hot
