Gondh Methi Ke Laddu

Hello folks, winter is here and and we must include Gondh (Tragacanth gum) in our winter diet it is commonly used in Ayurveda, it is good for boosting immunity, stamina it is widely used for treating weakness, male fertility, piles, lung related issues, depression, anxiety and also consumed by pregnant and lactating women. Gondh is bi-product of babool which contains lot of vitamin D. Next main ingredient is methi which controls blood sugar levels.
Ingredients:-
• 500 gm wheat flour
• 250 gm gondh/ edible gum
• 20 gm pista
• 15 gm cashew nuts
• 30 gm almonds
• 20 gm walnuts
• 20 gm fox nuts (makhana)
• 4 tbsp fenugreek powder
• 200 gm boora sugar/ Tagar
• 200 gm ghee for laddu
•150 gm ghee for for frying
Method:-
Heat ghee in a deep pan add gondh in it, roast the gondh until puffed up. In another pan add dry fruits one by one and roast them without ghee for maximum of 2-3 minutes and crush them.
Take a big and deep utensil add roasted flour, dry fruits, fenugreek powder, gondh and remaining melted ghee in it in 2 batches. Mix them well and make the laddus one by one.
