When your Chef husband cooks for you, wow sounds good, yes my husband cooks delicious food and i am the luckiest lady. I just love every time my husband cooks for me. Is there anything more romantic than this. I don't think so.

So, lets make today the short and sweet recipe of  the falahari fritters.

Ingredients:-

• 2 medium boiled potatoes ( diced)
• 2 tsp barnyard flour ( bhagar/sama atta)
• 3 tbsp buckwheat flour (kuttu atta)
• 3 chopped green chillies
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
• 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
• 1/2 inch grated ginger
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• Rock salt according to taste
• 4 tbsp water

Method:-

1. Take a bowl put all the ingredients together and mix them well with very light hand or spoon

2. Take a deep wok, add spoon-full of coated potatoes. Fry them until crisp and golden brown in color. Make sure that you don't overcrowd the wok with fritters for frying.

Serve hot with green chutney.
