Mushroom oats soup

Ingredients:-

100 gm Mushroom chopped
1 Small onion chopped
5 cloves garlic chopped
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste 
3 tbsp oats flour
2 tbsp butter 
1 tsp olive oil
1/8 dried basil & thyme mix 
1 cup vegetable / chicken broth
2 cup boiled water
50 ml full fat milk 

Method:-

Take a deep pan. Add olive oil when heated enough add onion, garlic saute them for about 2 minutes on high flame. Now add chopped mushroom, salt, black pepper powder and saute it on medium to low flame, cover the pan with the help of lid and cook the mushroom for 3 to 5 minutes . Keep checking it time to time so it should not get burnt.

When mushroom are cooked well, add oats flour,butter and mix them well for around 2 minutes, add vegetable broth, water and allow it to boil , when oats flour is cooked well add full fat milk mix well and off the flame
Serve hot.

Note:-
* if you do not have oats flour, make home made oats flour , add 1 cup oats to a blender place the lid on and blend it on high speed and make a fine powder 

* if you do not have olive oil can use any vegetable oil . I prefer olive oil

* I only prefer basil and thyme in mushroom soup you can use mixed herb also 

* I used vegetable broth in this recipe you can use chicken broth also it will give a good taste 

* Do not boil the soup after adding full fat milk
