Baked mac n cheese

Hello folks, here comes the recipe of baked mac n cheese. Pasta is a Italian cuisine. Macaroni is a kind of pasta which is made of durum wheat of short length and have a curved shape. In north America it is very commonly made with cheese, and also it is very popular in Great Britain.
So lets go to the recipe.


Ingredients:-
•2 tbsp red bell pepper
•2 tbsp yellow bell pepper
•2 tbsp onion
•2 cup elbow pasta
•1 tsp olive oil
•5-6 french beans
•1/8 tsp black pepper powder
•1/8 tsp mix dry herbs
•1/8 tsp pasta mix
•1/8 tsp red chilly flakes
•1 tbsp schezwan sauce (optional)
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp Jalapeno
• shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese

Ingredients for white sauce:-
• 2 tbsp all purpose flour
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 cup milk 
• 1 cheese cube
• black pepper
• salt


Method:-
        
             For Sauce: Take a small pan and add butter and flour in it, whisk them thoroughly add black pepper powder, salt whisk for 2 minutes on low flame. Now pour milk slowly and whisk the flour mixture and milk in two batch until the sauce get smooth , turn off the flame and keep it aside.


        
             For Pasta: Take a deep pan add pasta elbows to it and boil in water and add 1 tsp oil . Drain the pasta  and keep it aside.
            For Veggies: In another pan add olive oil ,on high heat add onion stir it for 1 minute then add all the veggies, salt and black pepper powder stir them thoroughly for 2-3 minutes. Keep them aside 



We will now make the layers of pasta for baking.
Take a bowl and add a layer of boiled pasta, then a layer of vegetables, add white sauce, mixed herbs and pasta mix, chili flakes and jalapenos, a little schezwan sauce and a layer of both the cheese.

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees, place the bowl and bake it for 10-12 minutes.
Your bakes pasta is now ready, serve hot.

Note:-
• you can use mushroom, broccoli or any other vegetables.
• you can use schezwan sauce according to your taste.
• you can use black and green olives for topping.
• i have used mixed herbs, if you have thyme and basil then you must use them as it enhances the flavors.
