Hello folks, Dhuska is very famous savory dish in Jharkhand, Jharkhand is a land of forest and is popular for it's water fall and holy places. Jharkhandi have dhuska with green chutney, red chutney, aloo chana ki sabzi or aloo matar ki sabzi in breakfast or lunch. It is a deep fried or pancake dish the main ingredients are rice and daal.

I love this dish very much so i thought why not make idli with the batter of dhuska. I am food lover and i want to try new dishes and also want to experiment with them hence i have done the same with dhuska batter. It came out really wonderful and yummy, i had dhuska idli with panchforan aloo matar ki sabzi and the combination was jut wow.

Ingredients:-
• 2 cup dhuska batter (Recipe Here)
• 1/2 tsp eno
• oil for greasing 

Method:-


Grease the idly mould with little oil.



Add eno in dhuska batter and mix well.


Heat enough water in cooker or idli vessel


Pour dhuska batter on idli mould and steam for 5 to 7 minutes


Take out idli mold from cooker or idli vessel.


Demould the idlis.

Serve with panchforan aloo matar ki sabzi (Recipe Here).

Note:- This recipe serves 24 mini idlis sufficient for 2-3 persons.
